Privacy policy

What we collect

• Creators: name, email, business details you add (address, GSTIN), and your uploads.
• Clients: the name and email a creator enters for you, your review notes, approvals, and the IP address and browser of each download (to protect the creator's files).
• Visitors to a creator's site: whatever you type into their contact form.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive payment IDs and amounts, never card or bank details.

How it's used

Only to run the service: rendering previews, sending the emails you'd expect (review links, invoices, receipts), preventing abuse and keeping an audit trail of payments and unlocks.

Who else sees it

Our processors: Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email) and Razorpay (payments). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

Creators can export or delete their data at any time. Clients can ask the creator, or us, to delete their notes and details.
