Do you take a cut of what my clients pay?+
No. Clients pay into your own Razorpay account. Your plan is the only thing you pay us.
What happens if I stop paying for my plan?+
Your site is paused and you can't start new deliveries, but clients keep access to everything they've already paid for. Nothing is deleted for 90 days.
Can clients download without paying?+
No. Until the invoice is paid (or the retainer month is), they only ever see a watermarked 720p preview rendered on our servers.
What about screen recording?+
No tool can stop someone recording their screen. The burned-in, moving watermark with their name on it is what makes a recording useless to them.
How big can my files be?+
Pro includes 250 GB of storage. Masters upload straight to storage from your browser, so large exports don't time out.
Is GST handled?+
You can add your GSTIN and a tax line to invoices. Talk to your accountant about what applies to you.
