Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Dailies as an editor (a “creator”) and as a client reviewing work through a creator's link.

What Dailies is

Dailies provides software: portfolio sites, review links, invoicing and payment tooling. We are not a party to any agreement between a creator and their clients.

• We don't employ creators, guarantee their work, or set their prices.
• Client payments go directly to the creator's own payment account. We don't hold, collect or chase those funds.
• Disputes about work, pricing or payment are between the creator and the client.

Your plan

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. If a plan lapses, the creator's site is paused and new deliveries are blocked, but clients keep access to files they have already paid for.

Your content

You own everything you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it (for example, to render watermarked previews) and show it to the people you share it with. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• No attempts to bypass watermarks, access controls or payment checks.
• No use of the platform to collect payment for anything other than the creative services and digital products you actually provide.

Watermarks and previews

Previews carry a visible watermark rendered into the video. No technology can prevent screen recording; the watermark exists to make recordings unusable, not impossible.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
